Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 days on top of the expected delivery time.

Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post will temporarily suspend:

  • the Express Post guarantee of a refund
  • replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard

Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and these deliveries will continue to be prioritised. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any right that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Best of Brazil only delivers to Australian addresses.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Service.

Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment is complete.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

We don't accept orders to P.O Box addresses.

Best of Brazil is not liable for any delays deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies.
